The Cost of Redemption (A Journey through P90X!)

Hello everyone!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I wanted to drop a post on a warm Saturday Texas night to talk about a bit about training. No, not the normal coaching, mentoring, personal development training I'm known for. Another kind. The sweaty kind. Yup, working out!

The reality is, all the great motivation and all the great life tactics won't do any of us much good unless we're healthy and able to live physically optimally. There are a lot of distractions to optimal health though. Fast food, delivery for everything, the majority of any grocery store filled to the gills with sugar laden junk food. It's tough to stay focused towards our health targets.

I'm not a certified personal gym trainer but the one thing I've discovered for myself, is that in order to really stick with a training program you have to be interested in it and it absolutely must be challenging. With that in mind I've discovered a training tool that is BEYOND challenging, certainly interesting and frankly amazing!

The program is called P90X. Many of you may have seen P90X on various infomercials and thought, "Oh jeez another get thin quick scam." Oh no my friends. This is a 90 day program of VERY high impact, six days a week, full on muscle onslaught. Sound interesting? For those that have thought about doing P90X and want some real information or for those already bring it with P90X and looking for friends in the training trenches, I'll be posting some updates as the Motivation Coach team makes our way through the 90 day course.

So get ready to BRING IT!
